Attendees Are Missing or Incorrectly Listed on Events
If some people are missing from an event or someone is listed as an attendee when they shouldn't be, check your recent sync status and attendee-level filter settings.
Solution 1 - Sync recently: If you haven't synced recently, changes in your SIS since your last SchoolCal sync may not be reflected. Run a new sync to update attendee information.
Solution 2 - Check attendee-level filters: Review your attendee-level filter settings in SchoolCal. By unselecting certain grade levels or faculty roles (such as "Other"), you can control which individuals are added as event attendees. After adjusting filters, save your settings and re-sync for changes to take effect.
Solution 3 - Large class limitations: If attendees are missing from events that should have more than 200 people, this is due to Google's limit of 200 guests per event. To avoid this issue, split classes larger than 200 into smaller groups, such as by grade level.
